From the capital of our region Torino, we introduce to you Cioccolato Puro, the people behind the chocolate spread line we are carrying, Vasetto.
As chocolate lovers, the Obiarelo family have been making artisanal chocolate from traditional recipes for over 30 years. One of the key factors in elevating their spreads is using high-quality ingredients - for example for their gianduja spread, they use Piemonte IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) Hazelnuts which is considered as one of the best hazelnuts in the world. Not only do they use the highest quality nuts, their gianduja consists of at least 60% hazelnuts where most other makers have less than 40% hazelnut base content.
Starting from their original spread, they have now created a range of nine different types of spreads using hazelnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, coffee, pistachio nuts, and coconut. And out of their nine varieties, seven are are sugar free.
All Vasetto spreads are dairy-free, gluten-free, palm oil-free, animal fat-free, colorant-free, and vegan. They are also suitable for diabetics in the sugar-free options.
