In 2021 Drolle began to talk about a territory “guarded in a bottle”, like a message that is protected by the arms of the sea.
He carved out a place for himself in the market with his firstborn Lou Loup, which has the honour of being the leader of mountain beers, with water directly from the mountains of Val Germanasca– in the province of Turin –, and part of the hops from the nearby Val Pellice, in Bricherasio.
